Area of jurisdiction

For agreements with buyers or with legal entities of public law the exclusive area of jurisdiction for all law cases resulting from business relations, including notes payable or cheques will be the seller's town of residence, Luik/Haarlem.

Terms and conditions of payment and delivery, delayed payment

We execute our deliveries within 3-5 working days, if all products are available and no other conditions are mentioned for the product in question.

Deliveries can be executed on invoice or cash in advance. When paying on invoice you commit to paying the invoice within 30 days after receiving your delivery.
In case you do not respect our conditions and your payment is delayed, all applicable reminder fees will be invoiced to you.

Property rights

The delivered goods will remain the property of Günthart Dekor BV. until full payment has been received.

Final clauses

The dutch law is applicable under exclusion of the UN-rights ofpurchase.

On-line quarrel settlement according to article. 14 paragraphs 1 ODR-VO: The European Commission provides a platform to the on-line quarrel settlement (OS) which you find under http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

Note on packaging

According to the regulations of the packaging ordinance, we are obligated to take back the packaging of our products which do not bear the sign of a disposal system (such as the "Green Dot" of Duales System Deutschland AG or the "RESY" symbol), and to ensure that they are reused or disposed of. For further clarification of the return of such products please contact us.

We will then inform you of a municipal collection point or a disposal company in your area that will accept the packaging free of charge. If this is not possible, you will have the option of returning the packaging to us.
The packaging will be reused or disposed of in accordance with the regulations of the packaging ordinance.
