Thank you for your interest in our cake decorations and gift items! In our online shop you can choose from more than 1,500 top quality products. Take a look around and browse our offers!

Please note that our shop is directed at traders and professionals only. The prices of our products will be visible after the registration.

To order on our site, you have to register first.

For registration, please follow the three simple steps:

• Open an account: On the right side of the site www.guenthart.nl you will find the registration area titled "My Account". Please click on the “open account” link below the “log-in” button and the registration form will appear.  

• Fill in the registration form: Please enter youre-mail address and a password of your own choice in the fields at the top ofthe form. These data will be your login data to our online shop.

  In the lower part of the form you will find the fields to submit your contact details. Please note that all the fields marked with an asterisk (*) have to be filled in. If your delivery address is not the same as the postal one, you can enter it in the bottom section of the form. 

• Send:  Finally, please click on the “send” button, to submit your registration form.

Only after we have checked your data, you will be activated as a customer of our online shop.

2. Login

On the right side of our home page there is an area called “my account”. To log in, just enter your data, the e-mail address and the password you used for the registration, in the adequate fields. After a successful login, you will be able to view the prices of our products.

3. How to order?

After a successful registration/login on our site, you can order all available products in all categories.

Just click on cake decorations, gifts or other accessories to add them your wish list. Once you have logged in using youre-mail address and password, the items from your wish list will be taken over to your shopping cart.

When ready, simply click on the shopping cart “proceed to checkout”. The checkout process consists of five simple steps:

• Order step 1:Shopping cart

Here you can see the list of the items you have selected. You can change the quantity of the ordered items or delete them from the list. Please do not forget to click on the “Update” button to save your changes!  You can also redeem your vouchers here.

• Order step 2:  Address

Here you can check your address again and correct it, if necessary. If you want to enter a different delivery address, you can do this at the bottom of the address form.

• Order step 3: Shipping and Payment

In this step, you can select a shipping method and a method of payment. You can see the costs of different shipping methods and payments directly.

• Order step 4:  Submit Order

Here you see a complete overview of your order: the price (net, gross, and shipping), your address, payment and shipping methods.  Any of the information can be changed, if needed. When finished, just click on the “send order” button.

• Order step 5: Order completed

You will get an order confirmation via e-mail.
